FAQ

Can I make a lane reservation for 8 people?
Our policy is first come first served. If you have more than 10 people in your party, you are welcome to make a reservation with a 50% non-refundable deposit. You can, however, call before you come in to see how many lanes we have available.
What is included in the birthday package?
90 minutes of bowling and 30 minutes at your decorated table. Light weight balls, bumpers and shoe rental all with an awesome dedicated party host.
Is there a minimum number of people for birthday parties?
Yes, we have a 10 person minimum requirement.
Can I bring in outside food?
No outside food or drinks are allowed in our venue except for birthday cakes. We do this to ensure the health and safety of all our guests who may have a food sensitivity or allergy.
If I tell you I have 15 people in my party and only 10 show up must I pay for all 15?
No, you do not. You are responsible to pay for the number of people who attend or the number of people you have confirmed 72 hours before the party or which ever is greater.
Do you have any drink packages?
We can run an open tab for your drinks and it can be added to your final bill.

Your deposit will be applied to your final total.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to the day of your party but all deposit are non-refundable.
What happens if I need to change the date or time of my party.
Not a problem. Just give us a call and we can make the necessary changes, based on availability, without losing your deposit.
What if I do not know my final headcount?
That’s ok, we know it’s not easy to get everyone to RSVP in a timely manner. Just give us your best estimate. You can add or lower your count up to the day of your event.
How many people can be on one lane?
A maximum of 6 bowlers may be assigned to a single lane.
Can we extend our time if we want to?
Of course you can! You are welcome to purchase additional lane time as long as availability permits.

Buffet style behind your lanes so that you can keep the party rolling.

What shoe sizes do you have?
Our smallest is a toddler size 6 all the way up to a men’s 18.
Do you have bumpers?
Yes, all of our lanes are equipped with bumpers. They are manually set up so once they are up they are up for everyone on the lane.
Is there an age limit for bowling?
We are equipped to handle just about any age that would like to bowl. We have bumpers, light weight balls and ramps for all who need them.
Do you have glow-in- the-dark bowling (aka Cosmic Bowling) and if so what times?
Cosmic bowling is when we turn all the house lights off and then turn on black lights and disco balls along with the music. Makes it fun for all ages. Typically, Cosmic lights are on Friday after 9pm, Saturday and Sunday from noon to close.
