Homestead Bowl Fundraisers can accept payments online, allowing you to generated funds right away. Your members or supporters can pay online in advance or come in to pay in person. Either way, we will track payments and give you 33% back.
We partner with many different kinds of organizations for fundraisers. Here are some of our favorites:
CHURCHES & MINISTRIES (Fund Your Church, General Fund Needs, Outreach Needs, Care Needs, Hiring Needs, Care for Children in Need, Budget Needs, and Care Non-Profits.)
SCHOOL PROGRAMS (STEM, Science, Mentoring, Field Trips, Safety Equipment, Special Needs, Computers and Tech Equipment, PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom.)
CLUBS & TEAMS (STEM, Science & Tech, After School Clubs, Sports Teams, Uniforms, Gear, Music Equipment, Safety Equipment, Little League, Soccer, etc. or any need.)
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS (Youth Sports Teams, Libraries, Community Centers, Green Park Landscaping, Garden Planting, Playground Upgrades, and Shelter Upgrades.)

If your organization is one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the guidelines found on this page, please submit an application through the link below. Due to our busy league schedule and the popularity of our bowling alley, we encourage you to submit your application any time but especially during the summer months.
We will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your application.
ADVANCE NOTICE
Please give us at least three weeks advance notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our bowling alley time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!
HOW IT WORKS
Your supporters can participate by being given advance notice. In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must either 1) Pay in advance and bring in their bowling certificate. Paying in advance is the preferred method as we know how many to expect will come in. 2) Show us a physical fundraiser flyer or show us a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device.
A $150 minimum event sales amount is required to be eligible to receive any donation of event sales.
The fundraiser is for bowling only our standard hourly rates and does not apply to the bar or the snack bar.
ELIGIBILITY
Please make sure you review and agree to the eligibility requirements:
One of the types of organizations listed above or similar.
Supporters have the ability to pay online or pay in person with a flyer or some way to show the front desk person.
You understand that the fundraiser is for hourly bowling only.
You understand that supporters must collectively spend at least $150 mnimum.
Your organization must comply with applicable laws, be for the greater good peacefully, and respect our facility, owners and employees.
Your organization must not discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, race, religion (creed), ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or political affiliation.
